How to login into the rewards store for the first time?

Step 1: Set up your account

To get started, click here

Username: As a member, this will be sent to you via your email, you can search your inbox for an email titled “Accessing the Sustainable Salons Hub App - Your Membership Hub”

Password: you’ll be asked to set a new password during your first login

If the link is expired, visit The Hub, select “Forgot your password?”, enter your username and follow the prompts

Step 2: Download the app

Download the Sustainable Salons Hub app by searching “Sustainable Salons Hub” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or from one of the links below:

  1. Download from Apple App Store
  2. Download from Google Play Store

You can then log in to the app with the username and password you set up in Step 1

Enjoy exploring the App functions and accessing the Rewards Store.

Step 3: Log in via your browser

Alternatively, you can also log in to the store via your browser here using the same username and password that you set up in Step 1.

How many points do I get?

Rewards Points are earned at the applicable earn rate for each dollar of Membership Fees paid by the Member under the Member Terms and Conditions. More information on Earning Rewards points can be found in the Rewards Program Terms and Conditions here.

How long do my points last?

Reward Points will expire within 24 months of the next 30 June, unless extended in accordance with these Rewards Terms or agreed otherwise prior to the date for expiry. More information on points expiry can be found in the Rewards Program Terms and Conditions here.

Is there anything I can do if I don’t have enough points for what I need to order?

Members can now switch to the our new cash store and purchase selected items with cash by clicking on "Shop Cash".

What happens if a product is faulty

We love our products, and we hope you do too! If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your Rewards order, please contact us at support@sustainablesalons.org. Any dispute concerning goods or services received as a Reward shall be settled between the Member and the Rewards Provider who supplied the goods or services according to our T&C’s.
