A six (6) page Hair Chair Rental Agreement. This is an agreement between a salon and a hair stylist for the rental of a chair/booth in the salon. This is for use when the hair stylist is an independent contractor and NOT an employee of the salon. If you’re a salon owner opting to rent a chair in your business (booths, suites, or stations) this is the contract you need to protect yourself, the booth, and your salon.
